Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Write Stripe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Write Stripe is a browser extension and web dashboard that provides AI-powered writing assistance and analytics for customer support teams. The service includes grammar checking, AI reply generation, conversation analytics, and team performance tracking.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Organization owners are responsible for managing agent access. Do not share agent login codes publicly.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use Write Stripe to:

• •Generate spam or misleading content
• •Harass or deceive customers
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the extension's security
• •Use the service for illegal purposes
• •Resell or redistribute the extension

5. AI-Generated Content

AI suggestions are just that — suggestions. Agents are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated replies before sending. Write Stripe is not liable for AI-generated content sent to customers.

6. Intellectual Property

Write Stripe owns the software, branding, and technology. You own your data. We do not claim ownership of conversation data or analytics generated from your usage.

7. Subscription & Billing

• •Pricing. $9.99 USD per active seat per month, billed monthly.
• •Free trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial to prevent abuse, but your card will not be charged automatically at the end of the trial. The subscription will only begin if you explicitly authorize it via the billing page.
• •Explicit consent. You must tick a consent checkbox authorizing recurring charges before any subscription begins. We will never charge your card without your explicit prior consent.
• •Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• •Fair-use policy. Each seat is subject to a fair-use limit of 15,000 AI API calls per 30-day period. This protects the service from abuse and runaway usage. Legitimate heavy users can contact support@writestripe.com to have the limit reviewed.
• •Our right to cancel. Write Stripe reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: fair-use violations, token farming, automated or bot usage, multiple trials from the same payment card, fraudulent activity, or any other activity that materially harms the service or other users. Where a subscription is cancelled by us for such reasons, any pro-rata refund is at our discretion.
• •Refunds. Outside of your statutory rights (including the 14-day cooling-off period where applicable under UK consumer law), we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• •Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice by email to the account owner.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Write Stripe is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:

• •AI-generated content sent to customers
• •Data loss due to browser extension issues
• •Downtime or service interruptions
• •Decisions made based on analytics data

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Write Stripe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
